Remote Healthcare Customer Service Rep

Providing exceptional service to healthcare providers, the full-time Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls related to claims, benefits, and eligibility while documenting interactions accurately in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Handle inbound provider calls regarding claims, benefits, eligibility, and general inquiries Document call details accurately for tracking and follow-up while meeting daily performance metrics Provide empathetic and professional service, escalating complex issues as necessary Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in healthcare customer service, preferably in a provider-facing role 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment Familiarity with claims processing, benefits, and eligibility Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
