Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler sales team and looking for experienced, motivated Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.

This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales position built for professionals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by strong earning potential and career growth.

The best part? No cold calling.

You'll be working with 100% warm inbound leads from people who have already reached out to Guardian Tax because they need help with IRS issues and tax debt.

Your role is to understand their situation, identify their needs, present the right solution, and close the deal.

Compensation & Benefits

• 15% commission on every closed deal

• Speak with people actively looking for tax relief solutions
• Build trust and establish strong rapport
• Understand each client's situation, needs, and goals
• Clearly explain solutions and the value they provide
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections
• Close qualified opportunities
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is confident, competitive, driven, and knows how to close.

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience
• A proven track record of closing sales
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• The ability to quickly build rapport and trust
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• A competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

Full-Time | In-Office

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday shift per month
