Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Parts Washer / Steam Bay Technician, you'll be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and organizing industrial components to support the rebuild process.

Responsibilities:

✅ Operate steam cleaning equipment to remove grease, oil, dirt, and debris from industrial components

✅ Use parts washers and cleaning stations safely and effectively

✅ Disassemble and reassemble minor components to ensure thorough cleaning

✅ Inspect parts for visible damage, wear, or contamination and report findings

✅ Sort, tag, and stage cleaned components for the next phase of production

✅ Maintain a clean and organized steam bay and wash area

✅ Monitor equipment fluid levels, filters, and other consumables

✅ Properly handle and dispose of oils, solvents, and cleaning materials

✅ Follow all safety and PPE requirements

✅ Assist with general shop duties as needed

What We're Looking For

✔ Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

✔ Ability to safely handle industrial parts and equipment

✔ Comfortable working around steam, cleaning chemicals, and solvents

✔ Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

✔ Ability to work safely in a fast-paced shop environment

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. with assistance

Comfortable working in hot, humid conditions and around industrial equipment

Ability to wear PPE for extended periods

Willingness to work near open bay doors during seasonal weather changes

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
