Atlantic Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate Rehabilitation Aide to support the daily operations of our Atlantic Rehabilitation department at our Mountain Lakes location. This entry-level position plays a vital role in assisting both staff and patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all who enter our care environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist physical, occupational, or speech therapists with non-clinical tasks
- Prepare treatment areas and clean equipment after use
- Support patients with mobility or transfers under supervision
- Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling, restocking supplies, or data entry
- Greet and assist patients and families in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications

Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:
1. Prior experience working with patients preferred.

2. Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation facility preferred.
