We are seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician (or FamilyMedicine Physician with Emergency Medicine experience) to join a collaborativeand well-supported emergency department in Pittsburg, KS. Practice Overview:

• 16-bed Emergency Department
• Over 19,000 annual ED visits
• Team-based model with 6Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Broad case mix serving adiverse patient population
• Strong multidisciplinarysupport, including specialists, imaging, and ancillary services
• Culture of collaborationwith physicians supporting one another in shift coverage
• Regular monthly meetings(remote and in-person) to promote communication and engagement

Schedule & Work-LifeBalance

• Flexible scheduling
• Shift times:
• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Full-time commitment: 120hours per month

Compensation & Benefits

• $250 per hour, plus acomprehensive benefits package
• Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $50,000 retentionbonus

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• ABEM-certified orboard-eligible Emergency Medicine physician, or Primary Care (FamilyMedicine/Internal Medicine) physician with Emergency Department experience
• Eligible for or able toobtain unrestricted medical licensure in Kansas
• Strong clinical judgment andcommitment to high-quality, patient-centered emergency care
• Team-oriented with excellentcommunication and collaboration skills
