Needs 2-5 years' experience in Autodesk Inventor/Solidworks modeling, hands-on 3D printing, and cleanroom protocols. location: Newton, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $21.42 - 30.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and optimize cleanroom-based optical ribbon and cable manufacturing lines, supporting both daily operations and preventive equipment maintenance. Create, print, and test mechanical 3D models using Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks software to optimize manufacturing equipment and production processes. Perform in-line and off-line quality checks while adhering strictly to cleanroom protocols, SOPs, ISO, and customer specifications to ensure products meet all standards. Analyze process data using statistical process control (SPC) to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions that improve yield, throughput, and uptime.
