On-Site Maintenance Supervisor | Lead Tech Team

The Collier Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor!This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Palmetto, Florida.As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will support and manage the maintenance team in ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet The Collier Company’s established standards. The Supervisor is an expert at trouble shooting, diagnosing problems, and making solutions with a customer service attitude.
