Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Material Handler
Location : 30411 Whipple Road, Union City, CA 94587
Duration : 6 months, temporary-to-hire
Pay : $19.50 per hour (W-2)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately, checking the correct item, lot number, and quantity.
- Pack products into boxes, containers, and pallets for shipment.
- Inspect orders to ensure they are correct and properly packaged.
- Prepare shipments to protect products from damage during transportation.
- Use SAP warehouse management systems and voice-picking technology.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company quality standards.
- Follow workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Work with team members to complete daily warehouse tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- At least 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Good attendance and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
