Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a motivated, professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing medical spa team. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and delivering a high-end client experience in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment. The RN will perform medical aesthetic treatments in accordance with South Carolina regulations, physician supervision requirements, and internal protocols, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Treatment DutiesPerform RN-authorized aesthetic treatments, which may include:Microneedling, chemical peel and Hydrafacial treatmentsIV therapyBody sculpting with Emsculpt NeoBlood draws for client labsConduct patient intake, assessments, and documentationInjectables (Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers) if trained and approvedEducate patients on treatment plans, risks, benefits, and post-care instructionsEnsure all treatments are performed within RN scope of practice and physician protocolsPatient Experience & SafetyDeliver an exceptional, concierge-level client experienceMonitor patients during and after treatments for safety and comfortMaintain accurate and compliant medical recordsUphold infection control, safety, and cleanliness standardsOperations & Team CollaborationWork collaboratively with medical providers, estheticians, and front desk staffFollow scheduling, charting, and operational workflowsParticipate in ongoing training, education, and skill developmentSupport promotional events, consultations, or client education initiatives as neededQualificationsRequiredPrior experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness settingActive South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degreeCurrent BLS/CPR certificationStrong clinical judgment and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorPreferredExperience or training in injectables or aesthetic devicesSales-confidence and ability to educate patients on treatment options (no hard selling)EMR/EHR experience (Zenoti or similar is a plus)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly compensationPerformance-based incentivesEmployee discounts on services and productsTraining and professional development opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented work environmentWork EnvironmentMedical spa setting focused on aesthetics, wellness, and patient careProfessional, positive, and client-centered cultureFlexible scheduling options may be availableEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
