As our customer base continues to grow, we’re seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and enjoys helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system evaluations Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners Ensure all work meets manufacturer guidelines and residential code requirements Accurately complete service tickets and maintain organized documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked service vehicle Participate in required training sessions and team meetings Qualifications 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and customer-service skills Valid driver’s license (company policy requires technicians to be 21+) Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus performance incentives Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 Company vehicle, gas card, tools, and tablet Dispatch from Home Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays and paid time off 401(k) with company match Year-round residential service work Ongoing training, certifications, and career advancement opportunities Oceanside Services may conduct a pre- employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
