What You ll Do:

• Provide neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU setting with 34 beds and around 3,500 annual deliveries
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and ancillary services
• Manage care for high-risk, premature, and critically ill newborns
• Support high-risk deliveries and neonatal transports from regional hospitals
• Work flexible shifts with a focus on family-centered care
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards

What You Need:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) license for Florida
• Minimum 2 years of experience in neonatal intensive care
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Active Florida license and Florida DEA
• Ability to complete onboarding and training sessions
