Nurse Practitioner - P/T or F/T - South County - Gastroenterology

Overview Esse Health is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner for our Gastroenterology Consultants office located at 3555 Sunset Office Drive. Opportunity Part-time or full-time opening. 30 - 40 hours a week. Work an 8, 9, or 10 hour day. Monday - Thursday. No nights, weekends, or holidays Outpatient focused clinical practice Day-to-Day Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members Provide direct care to patients in a GI setting Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen) Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives Qualifications Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri (or eligibility) Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility) Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians What We Offer Physician-led, supportive practice environment Competitive compensation: The starting salary for entry level will likely be in the $95,000 - $112,000 range (prorated based upon hours worked) (factors may include candidate experience and specific role within the office) Benefits within your first 30 days (certain benefits may require a minimum number of hours worked to be eligible) Available benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Long/Short Term Disability, Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account, Fraud Protection, Legal, Pet and other miscellaneous Generous PTO policy + 9 paid holidays 401k match + profit sharing Tuition reimbursement Wellness program Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship Emphasis on work-life balance Modern facilities and integrated care teams EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
