Approximately 5+ years of experience designing and delivering process automation solutions in the financial services industry (preferably within Wealth Management Operations).• Automation Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with leading RPA/automation platforms – such as Alteryx, UiPath & Microsoft Power Automate for developing automated workflows. Strong scripting/programming skills in languages like Python, VBA, or SQL for building custom automation scripts and integrations.• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Wealth Management Operations processes, including areas like trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, client reporting, reference data, and exception management.• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated strength in business analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving.
