About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 4 years of Operating Room experience, including Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, Gynecology, and Orthopedics. License: Must possess a valid nursing license. Certifications: Required certifications as per specialty. Must-Have: - 4 years of Operating Room experience prior to travel. - Experience in Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, Gynecology, and Orthopedics. - Full compliance required to start on time. - Availability to work the holiday schedule. - Two supervisory references are highly preferred. Description: This is a sensitive unit; please ensure the candidate has reviewed all details in the job description. The schedule comprises 2 shifts per week on Monday and Friday, each lasting 10 hours. Holidays: No holiday requests will be approved during the specified blackout dates. Unit details include service lines such as Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Gynecology, and Orthopedics. Weekend shifts are variable and will be discussed during the interview. Call requirements will be addressed in the interview process. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of Operating Room experience and must be compliant with all requirements to ensure a timely start. All candidates will undergo a clinical screening to determine their suitability for the position. It is essential that all core items and labs are submitted within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start. travelers must be available to work specific holidays, with no holiday requests allowed during peak periods. Candidates must have completed the necessary experience in the required specialties, including transplant and general neuro surgery.
