Occupational Therapist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for an Occupational Therapist for our client in Grants Pass, Oregon !

Type: 3 + months, with potential for extension

Pay: $53 to $ 55.92/hr

Location: Coverage areas: Grants Pass, Oregon Josephine County

Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday

· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:

· OT evaluations, subsequent visits, possible OT SOC, recertifications, resumptions of care, discharges

Qualifications for the Occupational Therapist:

· Home health experience

· Oregon Occupational Therapy License

· Current CPR certification
