This position is responsible for taking food and beverage orders , crafting cocktails and beverages , and ensuring owners and guests receive courteous and timely service. The role also requires strong product knowledge to answer questions, make informed recommendations, and provide an exceptional guest experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

Warmly welcome guests, inform them of specials, and answer questions. Take food and beverage orders, make recommendations, and upsell items. Accurately input orders into the POS system and prepare itemized checks, including tax. Present checks to guests, process payments, and provide change. Serve food and beverages, check back to ensure guest satisfaction, and address any issues with urgency and professionalism. Pre-bus tables throughout service, removing unused or dirty dishes, utensils, glasses, and trash, and transporting them to the kitchen. Complete assigned pre-shift and post-shift side work as directed by the manager. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED preferred Cash-handling experience preferred Customer service and/or food & beverage experience required

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Serve Safe, TIPS, or other applicable state alcohol certification required

QUALIFICATIONS
