Looking for an exciting opportunity in retail? Plato's Closet University in Charlotte, NC, is searching for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. If you have a passion for fashion and love working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll DoAs a Sales Associate at Plato's Closet University, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in finding trendy, affordable clothing and accessories.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Processing transactions efficiently and accurately at the register.
- Restocking and arranging merchandise to ensure the store looks its best.
- Providing friendly and helpful service to answer customer questions and meet their needs.
- Helping process buys, entering, sorting, tagging, hanging and putting inventory out EVERY day.
We’re seeking team members who are eager to learn and bring positive energy to our store. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A friendly and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for fashion and a good eye for current trends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
