Role Long Term Care RN Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, including assessing residents, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, supervising staff, educating residents and families, documenting care, responding to emergencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Skills One year of recent LTC RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS/CPR certification; preferred ACLS certification. Must demonstrate critical thinking, effective communication, physical stamina, technical proficiency, and ability to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Key Duties Monitor resident health, implement personalized care, perform skilled procedures, supervise staff, educate families, document care, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
