With more than a dozen locations across Rhode Island and more than 300 employees, Thrive is continuing to grow and meet the needs of the community.****General Summary:** Provide direct service and supervise daily living skills of residents within a group home for persons with long-term mental illness.**Location:**West Warwick, Rhode Island**Salary:** Starting at $20/hr, depending on experience 2nd Shift Friday's & Saturdays**Essential Responsibilities:*** Supervise residents and provide a safe and comfortable environment.* Provide intensive education, training and modeling in basic living skills and social skills including but not limited to shopping within a budget understanding the difference between “want” vs. “needs”.* Coordinate and monitor medical, dental and psychiatric services.* Supervise medication compliance.* Produce, complete, and maintain billing forms, logs, data collection forms, clinical documentation and client records in accordance with Thrive standards and state and federal regulations.* Provide crisis intervention and basic behavioral program implementation.* Transport clients.* Review e-mail account daily for new messages.* Carry and enliven a positive Thrive image consistent with the Thrive’s Guiding Principles and professional code of ethics.## Qualifications**Education, Experience and Competencies:*** High School Diploma or equivalent required.* Experience in the Human Service field preferred.**Certifications, Licenses Requirements:*** Valid driver's license required or ability to obtain necessary transportation in order to perform the responsibilities/tasks of the job.**Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
