Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with at least one state bar
• 3-6 years of corporate law experience, including exposure to corporate governance, securities transactions, and/or mergers and acquisitions
• Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Greater Baltimore area
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, drafting, and client service abilities

Compensation:
$215,000-$355,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include but are not limited to medical insurance, prescription coverage, dental insurance, vision insurance, commuter benefits, and coverage of basic life, short-term disability, and long-term disability premiums.
