Position UI/UX Designer Experience 2-4 years (or as appropriate) Employment Type Full‑time Salary Competitive, commensurate with experience Job Summary As a UI/UX Designer at Ridein Technologies, Inc. you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality. Your keen eye for design and deep understanding of user experience will be crucial in shaping the digital identity of our projects. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will play an integral role in turning ideas into engaging and impactful designs. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. Conceptualize and design user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps that align with the project's vision and goals. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs based on user insights. Develop visual designs and mockups using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.). Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across different devices and platforms, considering responsive design principles. Collaborate with developers and HTML designers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization and contribute to design thinking workshops and ideation sessions. Participate in cross‑functional design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall design quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with 2-4 years of experience in designing digital interfaces. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant software. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Solid knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile‑first design approach. Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping tools. Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and engaging visual designs with a focus on brand consistency. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale. A portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
