PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR - 2ND SHIFT

Essential (Primary) Functions include but are not limited to: Set up and operate press brake equipment to form customer specific parts. Assure proper operation of equipment by monitoring quality of parts produced and conducting 1st Article procedures. Ensure materials exiting press brake machines meet drawing requirements and quality standards. Package and mark materials as necessary. Stage materials properly to assure loaders can efficiently lift and load materials. Report accidents, injuries, and incidents immediately to the supervisor. Assure productivity and quality standards are consistently met. Maintain an orderly area around utilized machines and drop areas, housekeeping and material staging areas. Perform general preventive maintenance on machine(s). Adhere to Quality policy at all times. Follow written quality procedures for specific job functions assigned.
