Physical Therapist

This is a full-time, on‑site Physical Therapist role based in the Greensboro area. The Physical Therapist will evaluate clients’ functional abilities, create individualized treatment plans, and provide hands‑on interventions to support daily living, work, and leisure activities. Daily responsibilities include administering standardized assessments, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment plans to meet changing needs. The role involves working with clients in older adult populations, in coordination with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals. The Physical Therapist will educate clients, families, and caregivers on home programs, adaptive strategies, and equipment to promote carryover and long‑term success. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in Physical Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention across diverse conditions. Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles relevant to functional recovery and safety. Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Experience or interest in Geriatrics, including providing age‑appropriate, family‑centered occupational therapy services. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina. Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Ability to manage a clinical caseload, maintain accurate documentation, and use electronic health record systems.
