From entry-level commercial installs to complex industrial systems, you'll gain hands-on experience and receive ongoing training to grow into a lead role.Key Responsibilities:Install and assist in HVAC system setups including mini-splits, RTUs, split/package systems, and heavy commercial/industrial unitsRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system specificationsPerform brazing, soldering, and ductwork installationOperate tools and equipment safely; understand LOTO proceduresCollaborate with team members and communicate with clients professionallyDocument work performed using internal systems (e.g., BuildOps, Paylocity)Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety protocolsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC controls, voltage systems, and airflowMaintain cleanliness and organization on job sitesKey Skills:Required (L1–L2):Basic HVAC knowledge and mechanical aptitudeStrong work ethic and desire to learnAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditionsBasic understanding of tools and HVAC safetyOSHA 10, EPA 608 (Core/Type I) preferredPreferred (L3–L4):3+ years experience in commercial or industrial HVAC installsProficiency with high voltage systems, evacuation procedures, VRF systemsAbility to mentor junior techs and manage installation timelinesCertifications: OSHA 30, EPA Universal, VRF System Training, Boiler/Chiller Systems, BMS
