As an Access Control Officer at an automotive manufacturing location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing site access, verifying credentials, monitoring entry points, and responding to security-related concerns. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location. Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, business facilities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Coordinate with site personnel regarding deliveries, contractor access, employee entry requirements, and other security-related access needs. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
