Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTK Tae Kwon Do is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Client Services Coordinator to help support our students, parents, and instructors.This is a customer-facing position perfect for someone who enjoys working with families and children and can create a welcoming, professional environment. Martial arts experience is not required.Responsibilities:Greet students and parents and provide excellent customer serviceAnswer phone calls, texts, emails, and general questionsHelp new families schedule and begin trial classesFollow up with prospective students and trial familiesAssist with student enrollment and membership informationProcess payments and help maintain student accountsMaintain attendance, student information, and basic office recordsHelp with uniforms, equipment, testing, tournaments, and other school eventsKeep the front desk and lobby organized and welcomingCommunicate with instructors and management regarding student and parent needsPerform other basic administrative duties as neededWe’re Looking For Someone Who Is:Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with parentsReliable and punctualOrganized and detail-orientedComfortable using computers, email, text messaging, and basic office softwareAble to multitask in a busy environmentProfessional and positiveComfortable working around childrenAble to work independently without constant supervisionPreferred Experience:Customer service, front desk, administrative, sales, fitness studio, martial arts, dance studio, gymnastics, childcare, or other family-oriented business experience is helpful but not required.We are willing to train the right person.
