Key Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations focusing on sales, labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and team performance Execute local store marketing initiatives to build community presence and grow sales Recruit, hire, train, and retain talented team members and restaurant leaders Build a positive restaurant culture through coaching and team‑first leadership Ensure food quality, safety, and brand standards are consistently met Manage inventory, sales forecasting, and labor scheduling to maximize profitability Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and compliance with health and safety regulations Partner with District Manager on staffing, training, and performance goals Qualifications Experienced restaurant leader with strong operations and people‑management skills Comfortable managing all aspects of restaurant performance including labor, food cost, and sales Effective coach capable of developing managers and fostering high standards Organized, accountable, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication skills with team members, guests, and leadership Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Physically able to meet job demands including lifting up to 50 lbs Eligible to work in the United States and meet minimum age requirements Schedule & Compensation Full‑time, salaried position with a typical schedule including 10‑hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays Competitive salary with bonus opportunities Paid time off and employee meal discounts Growth & Development Opportunities Clear path to advance into District Manager and higher leadership roles Leadership development through hands‑on coaching and operational support Opportunity to build and lead a strong, enthusiastic team Ready to lead a deliciously dynamic team and grow your career with Popeyes?
