The Lisa Fabiano Group is seeking a confident, proactive, and highly resourceful Chief of Staff. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who naturally takes ownership, sees what needs to happen next, solves problems before they become problems, and brings structure to a fast-moving business.

You’ll help drive priorities, improve systems, support team performance, oversee onboarding, and step into recruiting and other key initiatives as the business grows. The right person is tech-savvy, independent, creative, highly responsive, and comfortable being accountable for getting things done.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $65,000–$75,000

• Paid time off

• Bonus potential and growth opportunity

• Turn business priorities and ideas into clear plans and execution

• Drive accountability, follow-through, and day-to-day operations

• Oversee onboarding and improve team systems and processes

• Support recruiting, team performance, and key business initiatives

• Identify gaps, solve problems, and create smarter ways of working

• Keep priorities moving by anticipating needs and removing roadblocks

• Real estate license highly preferred

• Confident, proactive, and naturally takes ownership
