Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and energetic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities.
• Support event logistics and on-site operations.
• Welcome attendees and provide assistance throughout events.
• Help organize event materials, displays, and promotional resources.
• Support registration and guest check-in processes.
• Maintain organized and professional event spaces.
• Assist with attendee engagement and customer interaction.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Gather feedback from attendees for event improvement.
• Represent the company professionally during all event activities.
