Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and reassessments Create individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs Conduct Parent Training sessions Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goalsCoordinate care with other professionals Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
