What You’ll Be Doing Greeting members and prospective members with a warm, professional attitude. Conducting studio tours and confidently presenting Club Pilates memberships. Building meaningful relationships with both prospective and current members. Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals. Promptly responding to phone, email, and text inquiries. Scheduling introductory classes and following up with leads. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. Supporting studio operations to ensure an outstanding member experience. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is passionate, motivated, and customer-focused. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role: Required Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. A passion for health, fitness, and wellness. Self‑motivation and a goal‑oriented mindset. Professionalism, dependability, and a customer‑first attitude. Comfort working evenings and weekends. The ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
