Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and benefits industry, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Enrollment Services department supporting customer onboarding and account management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Livermore, CA (100% On-Site)

Pay Range: $20/hr - $23/hr

Shift: Must be flexible to work a shift between 5am-5pm PST

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

What's the Job?

  • Assist customers through the enrollment process, providing guidance and support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from account initiation to activation.
  • Review costs and service details with customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
  • Participate in training on specific enrollment procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and ensure excellent attendance to meet organizational standards.

What's Needed?

  • Previous customer service experience, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain detailed information.
  • Strong phone etiquette and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 5am-5pm PST.
  • High attention to detail and reliable attendance.
