Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Mowing experience preferred but not required.
• Skid steer experience preferred but not required.
• Plow Truck experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment
• Ability to operate and maintain a range of lawn care equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter months:
• Maintains grounds of property, including laying sod, mowing grass, trimming and planting trees and plants, raking, and fertilizing
• Maintains lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other grounds features
• Mows and edges lawns, using power mowers, push mowers, and/or edgers
• Cares for lawns by laying mulch, removing weeds, and trimming trees and plants
• Maintains flower beds by pruning, weeding and watering as needed
• Prunes and trims trees, shrubs, and hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws
• Mixes and sprays or spreads fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees
• Maintains the ground equipment which may include repairs and preventive maintenance as needed
• Operates powered lawn equipment, such as mowers, weed whackers, electric clippers, and pruning saws
• Maintains the ground equipment which may include repairs and preventive maintenance as needed
• Reports any maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions or repairs to supervisor
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
• Fall clean up
• Winter Months: Plowing, Shoveling

Schedule Available:
12-hour shifts
10-hour shifts
8-hour shifts

$500 Sign-On Bonus Available:
Paid after 30 days of employment. Must maintain perfect attendance, stay off personal phones during work hours, and demonstrate a strong work ethic to qualify.
