We are seeking an experienced Raw Material Weighing and Dispensing Operator to support and ensure accurate inventory management, material movement, and batch preparation in a GMP-regulated environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Language: English is the primary language required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify raw materials after Quality sampling and approval.
• Transfer and store raw materials in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Pick and return materials for scheduled production batches.
• Return unused materials to inventory.
• Prepare and ship UPS and FedEx packages.
• Follow all GMP requirements, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Operate a forklift and perform additional warehouse/dispensing duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience , preferably in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or GMP environment.
• Certified forklift operator .
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
• Strong math, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and accurately transfer information from product labels to documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work additional hours when needed to support production requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including operating a forklift outside air-conditioned areas.
