Compensation and Stock Administrator

To support the administration of equity compensation processes, the full-time remote Compensation and Stock Administrator will manage equity programs, ensure compliance, and provide reporting and communication support for the Compensation & Benefits team. Key responsibilities Administer equity compensation programs, including RSUs and PSUs, and manage related processes within Fidelity's platform Run reports and analyze data to support Compensation & Benefits initiatives and maintain accurate records of equity transactions Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity-related issues and ensure timely processing of equity during employee lifecycle events Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in equity administration or related administrative processes in HR, Finance, or Accounting Proficiency in advanced Excel and strong analytical skills for data management and reporting Experience with stock administration regulations and compliance requirements Familiarity with Fidelity's stock administration platform or other HRIS systems is preferred
