Cartier invites an Area Director, Southwest, to lead multiple boutiques, inspire leaders, and shape the commercial future for the region. You’ll drive exceptional client experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results in a luxury retail context.
You will coach Boutique Directors, elevate clienteling and omnichannel strategies, and partner with Richemont leadership to ensure standards, elegance, and unity across boutiques.
