HVAC Maintenance Technician

We want you to succeed and advance – it's all about continuous improvement & empowering our employees to reach their full potential.What You'll DoReport to customers' homes on time and arrive with the general knowledge of the work to be done.Educate customers on system use, maintenance tips and techniques for damage prevention; provide insight and professional suggestions for optimizing system function.Perform routine maintenance such as replenishing refrigerants and replacing filters.Utilize several types of tools, including electrical hand-tools, saws, drills, vacuums, and refrigerant gauges.Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including system operations and preventive maintenance experience.Complete all work processes while maintaining safe working conditions and personal safety.Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.What you need to succeed:Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience.Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes.Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR.A valid driver's license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this roleHigh standards for your work.
