- Position: CT Technologist
- Job Title: MMIL - CT Tech - Traveler - Days
- Prior experience preferred
- On Call requirement for overnight and weekends 2-3 times a week
- 40 hours per week
Job Details
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Professional license/certificate verification required within 30 days of start
- Driver's License/State ID or Passport required for onboarding
- Prime OIG check required
- Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test with THC) within 60 days of start
- Color-blind test required annually
- Prime Agency Attestation required
- Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion check required
- Updated resume required at offer acceptance
- Two professional references required, including one from a manager or supervisor
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster or declination required
- Proof of MMR immunity (2 vaccines or positive titer) required
- Annual respirator fit test required prior to start
- Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity required
- Influenza vaccine or declination required during flu season
- TB test within one year of start date required
- Varicella vaccination or immunity required
- Tdap vaccination required
- Annual TB questionnaire required
- Social Security Card or Passport required
- Annual physical/health statement required, must state clear to work
- Prime Core Competencies Exam with minimum 80% score required
- Prime Skills Checklist required
- National criminal background check within one year of start date required
- Prime Badge Photo (JPEG) required
- Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required
- Signed current job description required
- DCI/BVP Workplace Violence Prevention training required
- Onboarding education attestation required
Job Requirements
- 4x 10 hour shifts, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Every other weekend 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- On Call overnight and weekends 2-3 times per week
- 40 hours per week
