About the Role
As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position serves as the connection point between Sales, Warehouse, Scheduling, Accounting, and our customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipments stay on track, and relationships remain strong.

This is a highly collaborative role that combines customer service, order management, sales support, and operational coordination. One moment you may be managing customer accounts and resolving service issues, and the next you may be partnering with the warehouse team to coordinate shipments or assisting with trade show logistics. What You'll Do

• Manage the complete order lifecycle, including entry, validation, tracking, and invoicing
• Maintain customer, item, and pricing data within our ERP system
• Coordinate EDI setup, maintenance, and issue resolution
• Generate sales, inventory, and order visibility reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
• Partner with Sales to resolve service concerns and implement corrective actions
• Support onboarding activities for new customers
• Coordinate outbound shipments and collaborate with Warehouse on scheduling needs
• Manage freight-related purchase orders and oversee customer sample requests
• Assist with bids, sales presentations, and customer-facing materials
• Support trade shows, including travel coordination, booth setup, and logistics
• Work closely with Accounting to resolve deductions, payment issues, and PO discrepancies
• Serve as a coordination hub between Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency

Requirements

What You Bring

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or a manufacturing environment
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Familiarity with EDI systems and reporting tools is a plus
• Basic marketing experience or exposure to sales collateral development preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits and trade shows
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate throughout the facility as needed
