This role operates in a fully virtual environment and requires strong collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, and adherence to compliance timelines and documentation requirements. Responsibilities Evaluation and Assessment Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations (initial and reevaluations) within required timelines. Select, administer, and interpret standardized and non‑standardized assessments. Conduct record reviews, interviews, and virtual observations. Prepare clear, compliant, and defensible written reports that address disability areas, provide eligibility data, and include educational impact and recommendations. Eligibility and Team Participation Serve as a core member of the IEP team. Present evaluation findings in a clear, understandable manner. Support teams in applying MA eligibility criteria. Assist in developing data‑driven IEP goals and service recommendations. Consultation and Intervention Support Collaborate with teachers, team chairs, and service providers to support student learning and behavior. Provide consultation on social‑emotional behavior interventions, executive functioning supports, crisis prevention and response. Assist in developing and monitoring intervention plans. Progress Monitoring and Data Analysis Support teams in analyzing student progress data and evaluating intervention effectiveness. Contribute to data‑based decision‑making for IEP development and service adjustments. Participate in MTSS processes as needed. Compliance and Documentation Ensure evaluations and reports are completed within state timelines. Maintain accurate documentation in district systems. Adhere to confidentiality requirements (FERPA, IDEA). Participate in audit readiness activities. Virtual Service Delivery Conduct evaluations, meetings, and consultations using virtual platforms. Engage effectively with students and families remotely. Utilize technology to support assessment, communication, and service delivery. Professional Responsibilities Participate in professional development and ongoing training. Collaborate with colleagues in meetings, supervision, and problem‑solving sessions. Maintain licensure and stay current with best practices and regulations. Qualifications Required Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology. Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license. Preferred Experience in a virtual or hybrid school setting. Familiarity with Frontline or similar platforms. Experience with diverse student populations, including complex needs.
