Position: Part-Time and Full-Time Available, All Shifts Available
Starting Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (Pay determined by experience)

Home Health Experience Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with full personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
Medication administration and nutrition via g-tubes
Follow the client/patient individualized plan of care
Notify supervisor of change in condition or status

Requirements:
Active LPN license in PA
CPR Certification
Pass state and federal required criminal background checks
Reliable transportation
Able to frequently lift, reposition, or transfer client/patients
