Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Seattle Premium Outlets - Tulalip, WA)

Overview Fabletics is seeking a Retail Part-Time Sales Lead at Seattle Premium Outlets – Tulalip, WA. The role focuses on delivering an exception al customer experience while supporting both Sales and Operations. You will use technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to exceed KPIs. Responsibilities Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.). Partner with the Store Manager to motivate associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience. Maintain store merchandising guidelines to keep the store easy to shop and add value to the customer journey. Share feedback for continuous business improvement and strive to meet store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality. Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals; comply with safety and security standards. Assist with stock handling (unpack boxes; boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs.). Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, nutrition) is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with large teams in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with ambiguity and initiative to seize opportunities. Experience with retail inventory and POS systems. Self-motivated with good communication and the ability to bring out the best in others. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work under pressure; flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 30 lbs as required.
