About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages (or adults) in Groveton, NH, a welcoming and close-knit rural community. Position Highlights:

• Competitive base compensation with potential wRVU productivity and quality bonuses ($250,000 – $300,000 USD)

• Daily patient load: 16–22 patients per day
• Clinical schedule: 36 patient hours with 4 hours of administrative time
• May participate in daytime call rotation (no after-hours call)

Requirements:

• Board certified (or eligible) in Family or Internal Medicine, per Medical Staff Bylaws.
• ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Successful completion of an approved residency through ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
• Ability and comfort managing an independent patient panel with autonomous practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
