Full Stack Developer - React / Node.js

Job Overview As a Full Stack Developer at Hello Innovation, you'll be at the forefront of creating cutting‑edge web solutions that disrupt industries and improve the lives of tens of millions every month. Utilizing our modern tech stack—including React.js, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL and PostgreSQL—you will craft dynamic, responsive applications that redefine user experiences. Qualifications Expert knowledge in React.js and Next.js, capable of creating engaging front‑end experiences. Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS and GraphQL for building scalable, robust backend services and efficient data‑fetching APIs. Proficiency in CSS Modules, HTML, CSS and TypeScript for modular, reusable web code. Experience with Storybook and Radix to develop consistent, scalable UI components. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, designing schemas that support fast, reliable data access. Proficient in unit and integration testing to ensure reliable, robust code. Version control with Git is part of your daily workflow. Experience with Docker for maintaining consistency across development, testing and production. Capacity to work in small, fast‑moving teams and roll up sleeves to get the job done. Systems thinking ability to see the big picture and integrate complex parts. Passionate about implementing the latest frameworks, interacting with APIs, and keeping up with new technologies. 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects from conception to production in the stated stack. Responsibilities Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop full‑stack web applications that are scalable, responsive, and user‑centric, using our tech stack. Ensure code quality and maintainability by implementing best practices, including thorough testing and code reviews. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and ship new features. Monitor and maintain the web app, ensuring it is up‑to‑date and secure. Continuously learn and apply the latest technologies and best practices to keep our stack modern and efficient.
