Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Previous experience working with K-12 students is highly valued
• Strong skills in IEP development, caseload management, and therapy documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy to K-12 students across diverse backgrounds
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention strategies according to each student’s needs
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school and district requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
• Engage with faculty, families, and support staff to promote generalization of therapy goals within the school community
