General Pediatrician – Multiple Locations

Vandalia Health is seeking compassionate, patient-focused General Pediatricians to join our growing pediatric network in West Virginia. Opportunities are available at multiple locations, including Teays Valley and Ripley , with additional locations based on organizational and community needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, comprehensive care to children and adolescents while practicing within a collaborative, well-established health system.

Position Highlights

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care for infants, children, and adolescents

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions

• Perform routine well-child examinations, developmental assessments, and preventive screenings

• Provide immunizations and anticipatory guidance to patients and families

• Coordinate care with pediatric specialists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate

• Build lasting relationships with children and families within the communities we serve

• Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other members of the care team

• Utilize an integrated health system for specialty referrals, diagnostic services, and continuity of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of West Virginia

• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
