Job Description:


- Position : Acute RN: OR Circulator
- Shift : 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36
- Call Requirements : Dependent on staffing; usually involves 3 call days per month
- Number of Openings : 1
- Required Experience : 1 - 2 years in OR
- Preferred Skills/Experience :
- Familiarity with Total hip, knee & shoulder cases
- Experience with Neuro and ortho spine procedures
- Robotics knowledge
- Primary Responsibilities :
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care in the operating room
- Collaborate with surgeons and the multidisciplinary team
- Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain sterile conditions and support the surgical team
- Patient Volume : Handle 10 to 25 cases daily, including:
- Total joints (MAKO robotics for knees & hips)
- Spine (Ortho & Neuro)
- Robotics, OB/GYN, podiatry, Urology, General Surgery, and plastics
- Technology : Utilize XI DaVinci and Meditech for patient records
- Team Environment : Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals including RN, CSTFA, and CST
