This is an onsite position working at the clinical offices for Epoch Sleep Centers in Lincoln, RI and partner offices in East Providence, RI and Dartmouth, MA. This role requires working in a clinical setting. Job Type: Full-time Core Responsibilities Responsible for working with patients face to face, virtually and over the phone for set‑ups on CPAP therapy. Create and process sales orders such as CPAP, mask, and mask refit and submit through Brightree or for reimbursement through manufacturer portals. Prepare and request RMAs on all 30‑day mask refits. Answer phones or make outbound calls in a call center environment, addressing and resolving patient issues. Explain co‑pays and insurance coverage, and cash pay to patients as necessary. Create reports to locate, process and confirm all pick‑up tickets. Review patient files, both electronic and hard copy, for accuracy and for compliance with Epoch policy and procedures. Act as a resource (identify problems and provide solutions, implementing procedures as needed) for all respiratory and other HME equipment currently supplied by the company. Maintain a clean and organized environment in both clean and dirty areas, meeting regulatory agency requirements. Keep all patient charts and information orderly, confidential, current and HIPAA compliant at all times. Work closely with internal teams to create clear communication. Download and clean sleep study equipment as needed. Email/Fax compliance reports and notes to MD offices. Travel to and work in other offices throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts as required. Qualifications and Skills RT or RPSGT (meeting state licensing requirements; RI required, RI and MA preferred) Active BLS card Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work overtime as scheduled Strong oral and written communication skills (English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams Strong commitment to patient care, customer service, friendly, helpful, and caring nature required Experience with Electronic Medical Records software preferred; Brightree is a plus Locations & Compensation 6 Blackstone Valley Place Rd, Suite 707, Lincoln, RI 02865 73 Highland Ave, Unit C, East Providence, RI 02914 370 Faunce Corner Road, Suite 20, N.
