University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Rochester Hills, MI. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others by assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed
Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
Follow care plans and company policies to ensure client safety and well-being

Requirements

Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role is an asset
Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
Must pass background checks and comply with health and safety regulations
