Restoration Crew Chief (Full-Time)

Location: Allentown, PA

Compensation: Highly Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonuses & Overtime ($55,000 - $75,000+ expected first-year earning potential)

️ What You’ll Do (The Mission)

• Lead the Charge: Manage, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of production technicians on residential and commercial restoration projects.
  
  
• Own the Job Site: Assess property damage (water, fire, mold, storm), develop an efficient plan of attack, and ensure the job is completed to elite SERVPRO standards.
  
  
• Be the Expert: Scope jobs digitally, document progress using advanced iPad-based software, and communicate confidently with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
  
  
• Drive Success: Ensure safety protocols are followed perfectly and maintain a clean, organized, and combat-ready response vehicle.
  
  

Who You Are (The Ideal Captain)

• Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record in restoration, construction, or a fast-paced field service leadership role (IICRC certifications are a massive plus, but we will train the right leader!).
  
  
• Problem Solver: You don’t panic when plans change. You are adaptable, sharp, and thrive under pressure.
  
  
• Great Communicator: You can explain a technical process to a stressed-out homeowner in a way that gives them total peace of mind.
  
  
• Driven to Win: You take pride in your work, show up on time, and want to be part of the #1 restoration brand in the nation.
  
  
• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to command our fleet.
